In 1997, I won Ankara University Faculty of Dentistry among my 3 preferences. In 1997, the first year I started university, I set my goal to do a doctorate in Oral, Dental and Maxillofacial Surgery A.D. after university. In 2002, I started the doctoral program at the same university.
In October 2008, I completed my doctoral program by completing my thesis on distraction, bone histology and reconstruction. During my doctoral program of 6 years and in my faculty for a total of 11 years; I developed myself in the field of correction of maxillofacial deformities, treatment of maxillofacial fractures, bone and soft tissue reconstruction, TMJ diseases and surgery and dental implantology related to my chosen field of specialization and conducted academic studies on these subjects.
At the end of 2008, with a quick and exciting decision, I chose academic life and started to work in the newly established Kırıkkale University Dentistry Oral, Dental and Maxillofacial Surgery Clinic. I was separated from the unit, where I am still actively working, for 1 year at GATA Haydarpaşa Training and Research Hospital for the military service of the Ministry of National Defense.
During my entire education life, I have been a visiting doctor at Guys'& St. Thomas and Guilford Royal Surrey County Hospital OMFS and Cleft Services in London, England, listening to the advice of the people I follow and whose vision I aim for my development, and I have gained the most important experiences of my profession.
In 2020, I received the title of Professor Doctor and I am currently working on Orthognathic Surgery, TMJ Surgery, Dental & Zygoma Implants and Reconstruction of the Jaws.
